Switching is easy!

  1. Sign-up for your new phone plan by calling us, or signing up online
  2. Your SIM card will be mailed to you after sign-up
  3. Remove your previous SIM card from your device and replace with ours
  4. Reboot your device, and enjoy the monthly savings!

All phone plans include:

  • High Speed Data (4G LTE) 
  • Unlimited Canada calling anytime
  • Unlimited international text, picture, and video messaging
  • Call Display
  • Call Waiting
  • Voicemail
  • Overage & roaming are BLOCKED so you will never be charged extra beyond the plan you signed up for

Also remember there are No Contracts with us!

Yes you can keep your current number.

In order to transfer your number to us, you will need your Wireless Account Number as it appears on your current provider’s phone bill.

Number transfers are processed at 8am EST on the day of your activation (Monday – Friday) and typically take 1-2 hours to complete. Please keep this in mind and prepare for it, as you may lose service during that time window.

If you are transferring your number from Rogers, you will need to call them to leave authorization for “Connex Global Communications” to transfer the number. Rogers will provide you with a confirmation number (called an “Interaction ID”) which you will need to supply to us prior to your activation date

We offer 3 GB, 6 GB, 9 GB, and 12 GB.

All plans also include Unlimited Canada calling and Unlimited International Text, Picture, and Video Messaging.

No, you will not be charged overage.

When your usage limit for the month has been reached, your device would simply stop transmitting.

If you are unsure if you have reached your usage limit, please call or email us and we can check for you.

US & international calling are not included in our plans at this time.

Roaming charges are the largest extra costs associated with any mobile network, so we have removed roaming from all of our plans.​

Yes, you will receive a SIM card upon purchase of your new mobile phone plan with us.

At this time, our service requires you to bring your own device (BYOD). We do not have phones available for purchase. 

Our Service is Primarily 4G LTE, spans virtually all the inhabited ares in Canada and covers 97% of the population of Canada.
