Using eyesurf over the rogers cables in waterloo. I purchased my modem and paying $60/m for the internet. I tried their TV and it worked fine, but I didn't use it much, as I watch most of my tv on my android box. I feel like it is good value.

I've been with eyesurf for many years (4 or 5 now). I purchased my own modem outright so I didn't need to pay a monthly rental fee. My monthly cost has not gone up one single time and I have not been over-billed one single time. This I cannot  say this for my previous provider (em. ro em gers em). Speeds are exactly as quoted and I have never been throttled with my unlimited plan. Those who say they aren't getting the speeds they pay for probably have issues with their devices, or are doing speed tests over wi-fi (which are never accurate). Installation and setup was pretty painless. I brought my own router so I swapped out the modem and was immediately up and running. Also happy to support a local company rather than one of the big guys. Definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend trying Eyesurf. They treat you like a person, not a number.  I like how they always followed up with a courtesy call to ensure everything was working. Best customer service.  Only isp that would support my own dsl model hardware.  I have had problems with the phone line networks near my house which affected my connection multiple times, each time Bell said it was my equipment or my lines in the house, but the support represented my interests and was able to get Bell to service the network.  Great price as well is the icing on the cake.

Great speed. 25% cheaper and 150x faster then previous service. Bell alliant was 145 a month for  07mb/s. Eyesurf comes in at 97$ for 300mb/s

The sales lady, Jamie was very straightforward and did give us discounts. Gave us a timetable and clear instructions. We simply followed the instructions and everything works as advertised. Since they sublease bandwidth from Rogers/eastlink I would bet that the parent company restricts their access sometimes for good reasons and bad. These guys offer quite a discount compared to the big guys so there might be some speedbumps. I'll give an update after 3 months as we have 2 accounts, one very rural and the other in the city. Seems like a solid effort for a small business startup in a very competitive and sketchy industry.

I have been using Eyesurf internet for a year and a half and am extremely pleased with their service. I just recently switched my phone service provider to Eyesurf . The Eyesurf staff are exemplary and outstanding in their patience as I still use a landline. I experienced a couple of glitches on my end with all of the unnecessary wires & cords I was using, the Eyesurf walked me through every step of the way and displayed patience that is second to none with this Ol' dinosaur.
