When possible, we attempt to activate your services remotely using existing wiring that’s connected to your home.

If this is not possible, a technician will be dispatched to ensure successful activation of your services. You will be notified if this is the case. 

No, our service is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime without any penalty.

This typically depends on how many devices are connected, and what type of usage.

A smaller household may find our lighter packages suitable, while whereas a large family with 4-5 users may want to start on a heavier plan.

You may rent a modem from us for $5/month or purchase for $100. If you wish to use to use your own modem, please contact us with the model to ensure compatibility with our network

Since our service is month to month, you will receive your first bill upon signing up. The first bill includes your activation fee, and prorated service fees.
