How fast is your High Speed Internet?
The speed of your Internet depends on the package that you subscribed for. Please call us to determine which packages are available to you
I don’t have phone service. Can I still get High Speed Internet?
Yes, you can get High Speed Internet as long as the physical phone lines exist in your house/building — which in most cases they do. You do not actually need to be subscribed to any phone service.
Note: For those of you that are familiar with the term “dry loop”, please be aware that all applicable dry loop charges are included in our monthly service fee. However, extra charges may apply if you are in an extremely rural or remote areas. If this is the case, you will be notified prior to submitting your order
What modem do I require to use your services?
Currently, we offer the SmartRG 630n and SmartRG 360n modems.
Our modems allow any number of devices to connect wirelessly, and up to four devices wired. Additionally, our modem contains two phone jacks, which allow you to connect a standard telephone directly to the modem, so that you may use our digital phone service (see here)
How long does it take to activate services?
High Speed Internet is typically activated between 5-10 days from the day your order is submitted.

What is the process for signing up?
- 1. Click here to visit our online sign up page
- 2. Once completed, you will receive an invoice in your email. Please pay the balance of the invoice at your earliest convenience. The invoice can be paid via credit card, online banking, or at your bank branch.
- 3. Once payment is received, your order will be submitted and a representative will call/email you within a few days to provide you with your service activation date.
- 4. Once you have your activation date, contact your previous provider to cancel your billing. If you are porting your telephone number to us, Eyesurf will contact your provider to transition the phone number; however only you (the account holder) are authorized to cancel billing.
